Fish N’ Chips (single serving)

The classic kiwi Friday night dinner fish and chips are best eaten from the newspaper in which they have been wrapped, whilst sitting on the beach and drinking Te Mata Estate Sauvignon Blanc.

Head to your local chippie and order two pieces of fresh, battered, snapper and $3 worth of chips. If this is not possible come and visit Hawke’s Bay for New Zealands best fish n’ chips.

...And remember to rip a hole in the paper wrapping on the way to the beach so they don’t go soggy!
